My family and I had a wonderful stay at Pam’s house. It was the perfect launchpad to explore all that Encinitas and the surrounding area has to offer. I highly recommend staying with Pam and look forward to doing so again in the future.

Pam’s place was perfect - exactly what we needed. Great place to spend a few nights as a family. Easy walk to market, shops and restaurants in Leucadia. Something to note - The beach in walking distance was for surfing, not really a sand area to spend time on the beach with kids.

Beautiful home and furnishings! Well stocked kitchen and everything we needed, even a little toiletry kit for anything you may have forgotten. Pam is easy to communicate with and so helpful! Loved the area and being close to both 101 restaurants, a great natural foods market and then the beach.

Pam is an outstanding and friendly host. She is very communicative and proactively would reach out to make sure things were going ok and to see whether there was anything she could do. Her house is relaxing and beautiful and exactly as described and seen in the photos. The location is fabulous and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, yoga and many shops. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great place in Leucadia. Plenty of room for 2 families - 4 adults and 3 total kids. Really appreciated the safety devices for the pool since we had a wild one year old with us. Close to beach and restaurants and extremely well stocked with anything you’d need. Thanks Pam!

Pam was a wonderful host and her home was spacious and clean. We loved the pool along with ping pong table and corn hole game. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants, cafes and beaches as well. Would highly recommend staying at her lovely home.

This house has everything you could want! We loved being able to stay at home and swim all day, or venture out to the surrounding restaurants and shops. It was probably the cleanest and most comfortable Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Also, the pool they installed is ideal, the heating worked great and the way they designed it is great for kids.

Absolutely Perfect Stay!
This home was flawless — beautifully renovated with an impressive array of amenities. Everything felt brand new and thoughtfully designed for comfort and fun. The pool, spa, and fire pit were easy to use and added so much to our stay. There were even pool toys, bikes, and other extras that made it perfect for both relaxing and playing.
Pam was a fantastic host — incredibly easy to communicate with and an absolute pleasure to work with. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend this gem to our friends and family!

We absolutely loved our time at Pam's home. It was exactly what we were looking for after having to cancel our Mexico trip. Our kids lived in the pool. The temperature was perfect, it was sparkly clean and easy to warm up. All the extra pool toys in the garage was the cherry on top.
And wow, the mattresses were divine. We all slept so well in those beds. She left lots of amenities including kid friendly shampoo/conditioner, wipes and swim diapers. We didn't need the swim diapers but knowing we were bringing kids, she made sure she added these extra items. It is truly the small things that make a huge difference.
We are so grateful for our time at her home and can't recommend this place enough to all future families. Thank you again, Pam!

Pam's home is impeccable. We appreciated the well-appointed kitchen, comfy beds, ample closet space, excellent showers and beautiful backyard with heated pool. The home is ideally located in Leucadia, in walking distance to outstanding restaurants and cafes, a local market and the coast. We especially enjoyed dining at Fish 101, Corner Pizza, Valentina and Vaga. Pam's home exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this property!
